Why is my Wifi being weird?

I have the EE Smart Hub Plus and I have the extender, but my wifi is being super weird. It will allow me to use Google and other things, but it won't let me play YouTube videos or music on Spotify. The videos will load but they won’t play. Help!

Sounds like Parental Controls. Have you changed them?

As these things won't play over WiFi, have you tried them over Ethernet direct to the router?
