Absolutely exasperated trying to use EE WiFi. On my phone and tablet it disconnects every 2 minutes and I have to login again… if I’m lucky I get another 2 minutes, otherwise I get the message in the picture below… whatever the f*** that means. On my laptop it’s even worse, just tells me it “can’t connect to this network”
I’ve used this service regularly over the last year and rarely had problems until around a month ago, so don’t even think about trying to blame my devices and suggesting ‘solutions’ which never work. Just fix the problem.
Absolute garbage. Sort it out!

Are you accessing the Public EE WIFI hotspot, or your own EE Home Broadband WIFI connection?

It’s the public WiFi hotspot. That should be obvious from the picture I attached.

When using the service are you connecting through purchased access, or through your EE/BT Broadband account logins?
