Hi all
tomorrow is switchover day from Vodafone to EE broadband. My current setup is the Voda Router and using Google Nest as access points/range extenders, this creates two network names, i.e. the Voda one and one of my choice for the google equipment. It is the google equipment that we currently connect to with Sky Stream and the upstairs smart TVs.
We also get EE TV works beginning tomorrow and as it appears on paper at least, that the EE Tv boxes connect via wifi to the router, my question is will I still be able to utilize the google equipmemt to connect EE TV to. Range is an issue in this house. Will the TV boxes connect to google nest using a different name to the rouuter SSID.

@Perfidious_Al You should be able to still use them there’s no reason why not. You’ll just have to set everything backup from scratch. Alternatively rename your EE router WiFi network name the same with the same password as you’re Voda router and everything should just connect back up on its own.
