Hi, my broadband is due to start 29/02/24 as yet we have not received a router can you confirm when we will get it

@Robbo2471 This isn’t customer services it’s a public forum. As it’s only the 22nd today I wouldn’t be worried about not receiving yet you should get this a day or two before the go live date.
