@ARHutchings    the router normally arrives a few days before your broadband goes live.

Do you have a date for that?

Have you checked on MyEE?

Same issue with me as well. Broadband start date is today but my router is sitting in a Royal Mail depot. Given the strike dates are known it seems odd that it was sent that way.
