Whats the plan for Legacy EE broadband customers in the long term?

I know this is mainly a customer forum but I know people from EE post here as well who are probably more likely to know what's going on than those in the call centres.

What actually is the long term plan for legacy EE broadband customers, at the moment we seem to be treated as second class citizens as far as EE is concerned. We can't order TV, hybrid connect or digital phone. We don't get IPV6 either.

When you call customer service they often get confused when they can't find my account and I have to explain that I am on legacy EE.

Are we all going to be migrated to new EE at some point? or do we have to wait 2 years for contracts to run out (you are still allowing upgrades on Legacy EE so it's in reality going to be over 2 years to move everyone over that way).

I've spent an hour on the phone today trying to get my XBOX Game Pass code from upgrading to Full Fibre broadband and its been a painful mess of being passed between departments and then having to explain I'm one of those second class customers who are on your old system so you won't find my account on your new system.

@Fuseonic    it is a good question. I would have thought you may have been moved when you were upgraded, that said I don't think it is an easy exercise.
