This is the worst broadband and internet phone provider I have ever encountered! I cannot get onto the Hub manager through the page nor the app. And you get promises to phone back which never happen!
I have tried all the suggestions and got nowhere.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Just to let you know all is sorted!
Still could get nowhere putting address in browser but eventually I managed to get the app to work and I had to set up a compatible wi-fi network for old tech (HP printer & Samsung tv) . It was very easy to do once the ee.app was working properly but its a catch 22!
When you set up your new router you generally don’t have the app working to help you do it properly, so you assume you need to change the network name & password on your devices. If you had the app, or even better help on the web page, you could do this as your router changes it’s password to that ofyour old network.
Sorry Im rubbish at explaining it!!

@PAB59 : Login to your EE Smart Hub/Router at http://192.168.1.254 with the admin password on the bottom of the slider label on the back of the router.

@PAB59 DO NOT rely on the app as your only method of connecting and seeing the EE router!

@PAB59 Perfect, blank message you sent means that you 100% agree that app only is not the best way!

I cannot tell you how many times I have tried this & got nowhere! All I get is the turquoise ee page with the white circles below the logo going in circles……..& the page does not load so I can’t put my admin pwd in! It’s infuriating! Im doing this on an ipad using Safari as a Google search.
Any ideas how I can get it to load/ open?

@PAB59 So as a fruit flavoured operator have you tried anything else other than the jungle browser!
