Well after almost 12 months leaving EE for FF broadband. I see my account is still broken and glitched out. I left EE because of the EE app and SH+ stability issues. Adding my post code without signing in shows what’s available. Sign in and I get something went wrong etc etc….. Second pic below. Have EE not fixed the issues with customer’s account yet after many months being away from EE?. My current ISP is called Zzoomm a small AltNet in my local area. Speeds are fantastic 2Gig up and down. But reliability is nonexistent with them they always doing maintenance in the evenings and having unexpected outages so reliability is a major factor for our household. Can anyone confirm that the issues with the SH+ and the app are no happening before ordering 1.6gig package. I can’t go through the same thing again after the nightmare I had many months ago.

It seems like the website is trying to access the closed account. If you sign up with a new EEID, it should work OK.
If you have any problems, our Customer Care team will be able to link your accounts and services so that you can access all of your new account information.
