Waiting for Openreach Wayleave Form to Proceed with Digital Wiring

it seem to me one big muddle some one with a bit of know how needs to sort it my land lord is waiting for a wayleave form and plan  so they can sign it so i can get permission to move forward  with new digital wiring  so out reach need to send form to platform housing but its hopeless try to get hold of open reach i have phone ee but it all goes round and round it  open reach have no customer service phone number  its a shambles

my landlord platform housing is waiting for open reach to send them a wayleave form and plan, they have not sent it  yet and you cant get hold of open reach   to find out anything i have phoned EE   but i realy think there shoud be some way of gettin hold of open reach

surley there i some way this can be made a bit easier for people who have  get permission from a landlord all ive asked is for open reach to send a wayleave form to my land lord platform housing and its just not happening  i have tried phoning EE  its going round in circles

hi Daniel i can understand how  annoying this all can be i am also waing for a wayleave document to be sent to my landlord  the land lord email me to say they havnt recieved it and cant giveme permission  for the job to be approved until open reach send it     seems a lot of chasing around to me needs to be more organised

@zag17 : Your contract is with EE, not OR. You need to contact them so they can get OR to send the wayleave form to your landlord.  Try calling EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 1) in my sig.
