I have just had full fibre fitted to my home guaranteeing 425Mbps download speed, yet my desktop achieves only 3.33 Mbps when I run a speed test. My desktop is upstairs away from the router but I have an EE booster just along the landing from my desktop. My mobile phone and TV achieve a much higher speed as I would expect. It is not possible to hardwire my desktop. Any help would be much appreciated folks
