Once again I am without a connection - this dropped 15 times I know of yesterday and so far today 12 more.
I have had these problems for the past two years at this address.
Engineers have been many times, new routers, nothing seems to work.
No one is prepared to speak to me about this.
I have email and phone numbers for Head of Consumer Operations, and Directors.
Today I will use the above.

I'm disappointed to hear that your issue has been going on for quite a while without resolution. We'll always aim to get things sorted, but sometimes if it's complex then this can take some investigation to get right.
I can totally understand your frustration if you're feeling like there hasn't been sufficient ownership taken here.
In these sort of situations, we would always recommend raising this directly as a complaint with our complaints team, as outlined in our complaints code of practice.
This outlines our escalation process, and will make sure we've done all we can to come to the best resolution possible.
