Upgrading BroadBand

Hi, I recently upgraded from the standard broadband with landline equipment and signed a new contract for Broad and Fiber Plus no landline for where I live, however I'm not sure what I'm suppose to be waiting for either a speed increase or new equipment? I got my latest bill for my broadband which will be fine to pay, but I just need some help on what to do. Its been around 2 weeks no and nothing has happened so I don't want to be hit with a random bill which I haven't even recieved the benefits for yet.

You should see a speed increase & you should receive a new router. It does take about 2 weeks to regrade BB.

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Okay thank you.

Problem is that its been 2 weeks today since I have signed a new contract, and I haven't received any new equipment or anything?
