WiFi network query

I have an EE smart hub plus. The hub manager indicates that 2.4 and 5 GHz networks are on. However, all devices are connected to 2.4GHz network - is that correct?

The app is being improved??????

Honestly I'm sick to death of this message!! I pay extra to get the WiFi enhancer so that I can use the app yo make sure all my sons devices go off at bed time. Yet the app seems to CONSTANTLY be "being improved" so I  can't use it. It's not like it'...
