Upgrade Cost Doubles on Checkout

Hi, I am looking at upgrading my broadband - it says I can switch to a 900 plan for same price, but when I get to checkout it wtill has the old plan and so says twice the monthly cost?

Is there an upgrade fee, specifically are you still within your current minimum term.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I don't think so as it was when I log into EE I keep getting the "Time to upgrade" banner?
