Hi I've got the white smart hub and I've been unable to connect my blink camera/ sync module 2 to it, for some reason the router won't allow it. Does anyone have a clue on how to fix it.

With the white EE Smart Router, unlike the black EE Smart Hub, you cannot separate the wireless bands/SSIDs. The most you can do is to temporarily disable the 5 GHz band & move off the Smart channel while connecting problematic 2.4 GHz devices.

Login to your EE SH at http://192.168.1.254 with the admin password on the bottom of the slider label on the back of the router. Then on the Advanced > Wireless Settings page of the SH temporarily switch the button under 5GHz to OFF & switch the 2.4GHz band away from Smart Channels while you connect your 2.4GHz device.
