I recently received a letter stating I had to renew my mobile contract to continue receiving the benefits. It gave an address to go to (ee.co.uk/bb-renew) but when you go to this address it tells you nothing on renewing. What do I have to do?

Welcome to the community.
You should be able to see the full option and renew online in your EE account as @Chris_B mentioned.
If you have any trouble doing that, you can also speak to our broadband guides over the phone who can look at your renewal options.

@kevin_trainer go to your online EE account select your broadband and click upgrade.
