Unable to connect EE Wifi to TV

Our new TV recognises the EE/Orange wifi but will not accept our password so we cannot connect. What is the answer please?

Try resetting your TV.
It also depends on the age and brand as some older TVs might need their software updating.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
