Unable to access Broadband Shop

Hi, every time I try to access the Broadband shop when logged in, I get the following message "

Sorry, this service is not available

For broadband deals go to Our Broadband Shop"

When I click the link, it returns to the same page. I am looking to purchase broadband, if I log out and proceed I am able to build my package, when I get to the page where my details are requested and I log in, I then loose my order. Please can you help?
