Hello, I’m trying to use an online service and I keep getting this message from the provider:
“Our location software recognises Internet Protocol addresses (IP addresses) that are used by UK-based Internet Service Providers (ISPs). If your ISP has not registered your IP address as being situated in the UK or Isle of Man, we must assume that you are located outside this region. Please contact your ISP and ask them to update the registration of your IP address (it may take a few weeks for the changes to take effect).”
I don’t use a VPN and would like to check if EE is using non-UK / Isle of Man IP addresses. Is anyone else facing this and have you resolved the issue? If yes, how?
Thank you!

Isle of Man isn't in UK. It's a Self-governing Crown Dependency. If that's where you are, that's probably why.
What are the 1st 3 octets of your public IP addy?
