Smart Router. Area is connected. We've had it for a week and it suddenly stopped working.

We don't use landline.

Singing into 192.168.1.254 just tells leads me to resetting and doesn't let me hit continue since it kicks me off the page.

Very frustrating

Which BB package do you have from EE?

Flashing Aqua usually means you have no BB connection or the DSL cable is not plugged in properly. Try reconnecting the DSL cable.
