Trying to upgrade

I contacted EE regarding the section to enter my details for upgrading over 2 weeks ago, I am asked to provide 3 answers to some questions, I answer 5 questions and my email is ticked green as correct and after submitting it turns red and I cannot proceed, this is still happening after I reported it.

Will this be fixed as I do not always have time to talk on the phone regarding a upgrade.

If it will not be fixed I will have to look elsewhere for a deal.

Not sure what question you have been asked/answered.

 

However if you enter your details in the DSL checker and post the results, hiding your number, we may be able to work out the issue.
