@UkzVortex since the 5th of September there has been a stop sell on all of the old Land Line services, so unless you are already on a Digital Voice service you will not easily be able to move suppliers.
What offers do you have when you look on your myBT?

@UkzVortex Not sure what else I can say. What services do EE have in your area when you enter your address in the Broadband Deals page? https://ee.co.uk/broadband
No one on here has account access so you may be better giving the Broadband Care Team a call.
EE do not have Digital Voice Services in every area, that may be the issue.

Hello @UkzVortex.
Welcome to the community.
You can transfer your number from BT to new EE.
Could you please confirm if you are trying to do this online and if so what error you are seeing?

From information on the BT community if you currently have BT broadband/landline/mobiles and want to move them to EE you can arrange it by phoning BT customer services and they will range the move. If you have BT TV then you can’t move to EE as EE TV doesn’t yet exist.
