@Melsy85   You’ll have to speak with customer services about that. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Is this a mobile you had previously cancelled with EE? If so, it will remain under your MyEE but will be marked as "Closed".
