TV buffering … slow broadband

Continued buffering on TV while watching via WiFi …. I have the full speed package … wondering if anyone else has this . I have repeatedly raised it with EE help , put in boosters etc , but still it struggles . Never had this either BT ever ?

Is it just iPlayer that appears to be affected here, or is it other streaming services too?

Have you ever tried a wired connection to your box to see if this makes an improvement as well?
