Switching to EE in August, Changing password

GreyJohn

New here have looked at FAQs couldn't see answer, when I switch over has anyone had problems changing the SSID and password to their current one, to save the hassle of switching everything over to new SSID. I have been told I am getting a 7 plus router. Thanks in anticipation.

Hello @GreyJohn ,

Welcome to the community,

Yes you can change your log-in details by logging in with the one supplied with your router and changing it to the one you want to use.

All the information should come with the router as far as I know.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
