I’ve switched from sky to EE and EE agreed to pay the early termination charge. I’ve sent over the letter confirming the early termination fee plus my final bill from as a PDF which shows the charges. EE have come back and said this is not the correct stuff they need.
I’ve asked sky for an itemised bill but they have said they can’t do this
I’m now £200 out of pocket and do know what to do
any advice would be appreciated

Sorry, it need to be an itemised bill identifying the Early Termination Charges from the normal monthly fees. Others from Sky have had them. Maybe you need to wait until your final Sky bill is posted online rather than as an enclosure to a letter.
@JimM11 : What did you get from Sky?

I’ve received the final bill but it’s not fully itemised. There is a break down

@XRaySpeX Did not have to deal with any switching fee's from Sky to EE, the only thing that was an issue was sky instantly close the ability to get account access when they get the notification that you are leaving them, so getting to your bills is very difficult, just wondering if the OP had the final bill showing that he had paid the exit fee to Sky, others have posted that it did/was awkward to get relevant info from sky! Due to the move, i actually paid double billing EE and Sky but did manage to get the refund from them but had to request payment back as it went into a credit against future bills, added another week or so while sky sorted it out. Left sky march, just looked at billing, had one for April outside and already gone, the bill in May 2024 had all the working's on it, with the credit but does not say FINAL but was marked as May 2024...
