I recently moved from BT Broadband FTTP to EE Broadband FTTP and EE TV.
I did this in store and the services seem to be working fine (I did increase me speed from 500mb to 900mb- I have not seen an increase in speeds)
The services were activated on the 13th March
I installed the new router and TV equipment and returned my old router ( which has been confirmed as delivered)
My BT Broadband account has not been cancelled and the Direct Debit was taken out today .
When logging in to EE online. Broadband account says that the order is pending and the TV account says that this information is unavailable.
Is this a case of waiting for the information to become available?
I was under the impression from the EE shop that the broadband transfer would be automatic.
Will I need to cancel my BT broadband?
