Can anyone help I ordered EE HBB two weeks ago but cancelled it the following day as I had to change the engineer date however it's still showing as an open order on the app and will not let me place a new order as it already thinks I have HBB. I've called up a few times and been advised the open order would be closed down in two days but it hasn't happened

A Close Order can take some time to clear.
Why on earth did you cancel your BB order just cuz the eng date did not suit you? You could have just called CS to reschedule it.
