I need my account number to register my EE broadband account, but all the instructions are circular - to get the account number, I need to sign in, but to sign in, I need my account number. The EE website says the number is ‘easy to find’ - just log in, select ‘menu’ and select ‘account settings’. But there is no menu option and no account settings option, even once logged in. There’s nothing to do with my account number in either ‘login information’ or ‘account details’ in my profile. I’ve also tried using the app and encountered the same problem. I also can’t view my bill through any of the above options.

Yep , have exactly the same problem, cant find account number anywhere, first email had the ccount number however most of the account number was asterisk out, so cant create account properly or get app and cant see bills, painful !!!

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you have the initial emails you received when your EE broadband was set up, the account number will be displayed on there.
If not, and you have access to your online billing, the account number would be displayed on the bill itself.
If you need to get the account number to get access to the online account, I'd recommend speaking to our broadband guides so they can get the account number for you.

@Michael_D : You can't access your bills until you've linked your BB. You can't link your BB until you've your a/c no. Catch 22!

I’ve worked it out. Go to the billing section- download bill pdf- account number at top of page
