Strange EE Smarthub issue

So since around 3am last night my Internet went down. Solid green light on the router. Went through the whole power cycling process on the telephone with support. Internet came back after unplugging all cables. Resting for three minutes. And then turning everything back on. I would say 10-20 minutes later. Dead again. My PC won't even recognize that a router is connected to it and the solid green comes back. Repeated the process with the power cycling and the same thing happens. On for 10-20 minutes. Then off. Not returning until I power cycle. I'm stumped with this.. anyone have any ideas on what this could be? Thanks.

Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have (read its label)?

Do you mean the Full Fibre 900 plan with the 700 Mbps Stay Fast Guarantee?
EE don't have a Full Fibre 700 plan.

Yeah I’m having the same issue, it’s right annoying! I hope it gets fixed soon as I’m a gaming streamer. I spoke to EE on phone and they told me same thing to unplug it for 4 minutes then plug it back in and it’s still a solid green light. It’s strange
