Hello 

MY WI-FI  increased recently how do I go around sorting this I don’t want the TNT on it any more as I don’t use it.  I just want to pay for the WIFI please

@SarahD1993  Your broadband when up in cost as per the T&Cs of the yearly price increase. If TNT is part of your current subscription then it can not be removed it’s part of that package. 

 If you added this yourself you can remove it via your online account.

Can I not remove it now as I’m sure it’s been over a year? How do I see when this contract comes to an end? 

@SarahD1993  When you took out the broadband you got an email with the start date.   It was titled “an important date for your diary”.  
if you no longer have this you’ll need to call customer support. 

or you can look at the EE app and under manage>broadband>and scroll down.  It’ll show the start and end date of your BB contract.
