Starter pack delivery and engineer visit - wrong address.

Hello, I am in the process of changing my internet network to EE, unfortunately the wrong address is entered in my account by mistake. The package with the starter pack is "delivered", but not to me, and the engineer's visit is also scheduled for the wrong address. I wrote messages for someone to contact me, but there is no response, I don't know what I can do in this situation. On the website, when I try to enter the correct address, an error still pops up and it cannot be changed,

@Agata111 , you will need to call customer service to get the address rectified, otherwise it will not be rectified, not sure where you wrote the message, but you need to ring customer service to do this.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

When I got the message that the engineer would be there on a specific day, I noticed that the address was wrong, I immediately replied to the message that there was a mistake and in response I got a message that someone would contact me. Unfortunately, this did not happen. Ok, I will try to contact the customer service offic,
