Hello, I am in the process of changing my internet network to EE, unfortunately the wrong address is entered in my account by mistake. The package with the starter pack is "delivered", but not to me, and the engineer's visit is also scheduled for the wrong address. @Agata111 , you will need to call customer service to get the address rectified, otherwise it will not be rectified, not sure where you wrote the message, but you need to ring customer service to do this.
