We have reportedly reported at least 5 times that we have no signal, keeps dropping. Technician came to check and he confirmed the issue. We were advised to change from smarthub plus to a smarthub, however EE refuse to supply with a smarthub. No callbacks even though a quick call was advised but was not sent. Please advise as am a fed up customer. Require this for work purposes at times at home. Thanks

It would be unusual to change from an EE SH+ to just an EE SH. What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .
