SmartHub SH31B no longer broadcasting SSID after power cycle

Evening all, 

I've a weird issue that has cropped up following a power cycle of my Smart Hub earlier today. Upon powering back on, my network SSID is no longer visible on any device.

I've done some troubleshooting, including:

 - Powercycling

- Switching Wifi off and back on in the admin settings

- Disabling the 5Ghz channel

- Reverting to factory settings

We have a mesh network in place so we can still access our broadband through that, confirming that the fibre connection is still alive and well, but for some reason the SSIDs simply will not broadcast. Is it potentially a hardware issue? Any ideas?

Welcome to the community.

Sounds like a bit of a mystery. You seem to have tried most of the troubleshooting steps that we'd recommend. It may be worth trying the steps again today, and if it still isn't working, I'd recommend speaking with our technical support team so they can check everything from our end.
