How long will it take to complete switch over after install got my old supplier (virgin) to send me final bill. Do I need to contact old supplier?

With Ofcom's One touch switch process, when you change to a new provider we would typically contact your old supplier with details of a switch date and when to stop billing.
Did you get any confirmation from Virgin that the request had been received, along with details of any early termination fees?

If your EE BB has been installed it should be live by midnight at latest & VM should be cancelling your contract with them.

Hi,
I have had confirmation but that date was 12th march but the install only happened today.

Your previous service should be cancelled now your line with us has been installed.
