Smart wifi not appearing on network tree

I have just switched from BT FTTC to EE 1G full fibre. My 3 Smart wifi extenders to not appear on Hub manager (192.168.1.254) or the network tree on the app, despite the fact I installed them through the App. Customer service no help.

@Rochwebb174 Have you followed the steps in the Help Section, and are the lights showing correctly?

@Rochwebb174 Also would be good to know which router and smart wireless you have, Extenders are under the Advanced wireless section, and the web interface is not much of a help, but should help show when attached but no guarantee on it.
