Hi,

I have a smart wifi router with extender and I pay £10 per month extra.  With it came a mini wifi router - does anyone have an explanation for this

Smart Router, Smart WiFi Disc, 4GEE WiFi Mini and SIM included
2GB monthly recurring data for 60 months on the Smart WiFi SIM
Smart WiFi Fault Data if you ever experience a fixed line fault with EE Broadband we will boost the SIM with 250GB of
data a month until the fault is resolved  Does this mean I get 2gb data every month?

@Vennwood : The mobile router you've been supplied with your BB is a fall-back in case your BB goes down.

You get 2 GB data pm with it except when the BB goes down when you'll get an extra 250 GB pm.

If I were to use this on holiday and need more than 2gb per month.  Is there a way to set up a monthly standing order payment to get say 5gb per month

@Vennwood  You can top it up f you wish.  It’s just a PAYG sim with a recurring two gig data top.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
