Smart hybrid connect

New just moved home and haven’t got broadband yet, I was sent the smart hybrid connect but the line at the bottom aren’t going white or centre purple, just flashing green and lines aqua? Any suggestions? Thanks

@Wildfirehawk Vaguely remember a posting about the document as you describe, you will find the EE Help above useful but sometimes does not return just as you expect, the Forum is all customers just like yourself trying as best we can to help and steer in the direction that is best. Take some time have a read at what you can and go get what you can done. You will probably have to explain when you call EE what you have got, but the more you do then the better it will be. Yeah it’s an old bt router tho, not sure if compatible? Phone lines in new are completely dead anyway.

If it is a BT Smart Hub 2 then it should be compatible.

Why not give it a try?

Managed to get a solid aqua centre light, 3 lines still aqua tho. Mobile data doesn’t seem to be kicking in.

@Wildfirehawk Login to the BT Router web page should be http://192.168.1.254 on that first screen, you should see the Hybrid connect box, signal strength and connected status, you connect your device to the BT Router wi-fi signal, the router does all the control, the hybrid just directs the traffic off the mast to the BT Router...
