Smart hub problem

My hub is showing the ‘aqua light ‘ however when I tray to watch something on my TV or phone it says it’s not connected to the internet. Casually, it just lets me watch Netflix on my TV.

@lol567 what router model do you have, and what broadband service?

And have you tried anything to resolve the problem? e.g. rebooting the hub?
