I got the Smart Hub Pro and Smart WiFi Pro this week and have been really impressed. 900mbps regularly on my WiFi 6 iPhone and my wife’s WiFi 7 iPhone regularly pulling 1.3gbps.
Range and stability excellent so far.
I needed an extra Smart WiFi Pro for my garage/office and received it yesterday. It is connected by Ethernet to the first Smart WiFi Pro. WiFi Speeds and stability again outstanding.
The only issue seems to be with my PS5. When I plug it directly by Ethernet to the first Smart WiFi Pro, it’s showing 900mbps on the PS5. However, I need to connect the two Smart WiFi Pros so when I do this and connect the PS5 by Ethernet to the 2nd Smart WiFi Pro, it’s more like 200mbps.
trying to figure out why that would be and possible solutions. Would a 2.5gbps switch help?

@martinmcd21 for sure a 2.5Gb switch in the right place should help.
But also check your ethernet cables, it appears the Pro router ethernet ports are quite sensitive, and need good quality/spec ethernet cables to get the full speeds available.

Thanks. I’m using a Cat 7 but will try another and failing that, a switch.

@martinmcd21 Should be no reason if plugged into 1st or 2nd of the smart wireless extenders indication wise, but it has been noted that the Extender devices are not keen on cabling like you have done from a precious OP posting, the 2.5Gb switches are at a premium price, but may be a 1Gb/s switch between your (PS5 and the Extender) if you have one lying around would be worth a try. Would also be worth connecting cable all the way back to the EE Router if possible to maximise your backhaul completely.

Yes, I can’t get back to the main hub with Ethernet - I wish I could. WiFi speeds are great, maybe I can actually just game on WiFi at this point as the connection is so good, but I’ll try a 1gb switch, I’m sure I have one somewhere.

Yes yes yes!!!!!
an old 1gb switch I had lying around has done the job!
770mbps on WiFi 6 device in my garage on Smart WiFi Pro number 2 and PS5 pulling 900 Mbps now that I’ve added the switch.
Rest of the house is flying with great speeds and signal in all corners. Finally I have the network I want!

@martinmcd21 I apologise for the earlier think possible few weeks ago about EE not covering the garage, remote offices etc as stated in one of the documents, but glad that it's all falling into place, just a few oops with routers etc but you cannot test everything just not possible, and not to mention the bad word called (app). You can be the go to person now.... All good news is completely welcome!
