Smart hub flashing green

Happily watching a YouTube documentary, then all of a sudden video stops, the hub starts flashing green. Not aqua, not yellow, fully green about once a second. Any ideas?

Hi, can I ask what resolved this for you? My dad’s having the exact same issue on his EE Smart Hub Plus.

@Darran - this is a really old thread but to offer some advice: -

If the LED on your Dad's hub is flashing green then it's not a good sign. I would suggest first and foremost that he attempt a factory reset by holding something into the reset pinhole at the rear of the hub for 15 seconds or so (whilst powered up).

If that doesn't help, then have them get in touch with the helpdesk as a perpetually flashing green LED can be an indication of hardware failure. If so, the kit might need replacing.
