I work from home and my company have supplied me with an ee smart wifi disc, but unfortunately this won't connect with my smart hub. I tried a (fairly old) ethernet cable and via the wps buttons both without success. Any thoughts as I do not want aerial leads trailling all round my house

@Jacqui32 : Not all Smart WiFi extenders are compatible with all EE Smart Hubs.
What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router & WiFi extenders do you have (read label or post a pix)?

I have Essentials: Full Fibre 150 broadband and the smart wifi disc is shown here

@Jacqui32 You should have got a short Ethernet cable with the disk have you tried using that to set it up ?

Which EE Smart Hub do you have (read label or post a pix)? If it is the Smart Hub Plus or Pro that disc is not compatible with it.

You have the Smart Hub Plus (SH31B). It'll say on the base.
Your firm has sent you the wrong Smart WiFi discs, meant for the old Smart Hub. The Smart WiFi Plus (SW30A) goes with the Smart Hub Plus (SH31B).
