Smart WiFi Plus - Poor Speeds

Hi all,
I have been using Smart WiFi Plus for a few months now without issue, until Friday past.
Since then, the throughput speeds have been terrible, resulting in constant Sky Stream disconnections. Where the speeds were around 200Mbps these have now dropped to around 22Mbps.
Needless to say but the App is next to useless when trying to identify which devices are connecting to the Smart WiFi hub!
I have trying removing and re-adding the device, restarting the whole Wi-Fi network, reconnecting devices but all showing the same results.
The area covered by the Smart WiFi is used by my Autistic son and this is causing some distress for him. I would appreciate any suggestions in getting this sorted.
