Hi, Newbie here.
I've just received my new Smart Hub Pro and Smart WiFi Pro and I'm looking for downloadable setup and management instructions.

Can anybody tell me where I can find them please?

What do you mean by "downloadable setup and management instructions"? Access to the router for its settings & config?

It should tell you on the slider on the back. Login to your EE Smart Hub/Router at http://192.168.1.254 with the admin password on the bottom of the slider label on the back of the router.

Should be a Setup Guide in the box for each. I don't believe there is a digital version available on the open web in a PDF format for example.

Unfortunately both the Hub and the WiFi boxes contained WiFi setup Quick Start Guides.

After a conversation with EE support they suggested YouTube as a source of info.
I had seen the Interactive guides you linked to but I was hoping to get one (big) PDF with it all in.

Hi, I am reasonably technical, understand about using a Hub Manager to control my Devices.

I do find the way EE currently splits the functions between their phone app (android) and the Hub Manger (W11 desktop) is a bit of a nightmare. You can not rename a device using the Hub Manager, can only do that using the phone app. You can not set  static IP address using the phone app, only the Hub Manager will do that. 

Once the app is setup then you have two views of your devices and network, neither seems to match with the other or with the Hub Manager!!! To change the name of a Device I see on the Hub Manager, I know what's its called, its MAC and IP addresses but do you think its easy to find on the phone app. no 😐

I expect EE are trying to move away form a Hub Manager to the app but its in half way house currently. For me I prefer to not use an app, just let me have a fully functioning Hub Manager

I have noted these as suggestions...

1: Add the ability to change device names using the Hub Manager

2: Add the ability to lock a device to a specific hub, extender or frequency

3: Add the ability to view devices connected to the Compatible Wi-Fi

4: Add the ability to create and manage groups using Hub Manager

5: On the EE phone app the ability to organise the device view list by name or IP address

6: Be able to make a backup of the Hub settings, Device names and so on

7: In the app, you should see the same Groups, that you have made, in both Group view and Network View. Currently each has their own group names

I am on Firmware Version -  r2.64.7-R-1303938-PROD-1 and App Version – 2.34.2

Please do let me know your experiences of using the Smart Hub Pro (Wi-Fi 7) management by PC or App, thanks
