Smart Hub Plus Problem?

Hi, Have just upgraded to a Smart Hub Plus. My computers, Iphones, Ipads are working fine. However, my  TP Link Tapo devices will not now pair with the new router. Have reset all devices including the router, still no joy.  It sounds to me that the 2.4 Ghz is not performing as it should in some way. Either no signal or very low signal or poor signal quality. Is there any way I can check this signal?  Obviously the 5 Ghz is ok as my computers are working ok. However had ee switch off the 5 Ghz for a short period to see if this had any effect on the 2.4 Ghz. According to EE this had no effect on the 2.4 Ghz. As a note: Took all my Tapo devices to a different location with a known router and Tapo devices on it. Plugged mine in and they are working fine! Any ideas please, especially how to check the 2.4 signal. Thank you.

@Rob2396 Not sure which Tapo devices that you have, but got 6 Tapo P110 all connected with the EE Smarthub+ and they all use the 2.4Ghz band as that is what they are designed for.
