Slow spped from hub to PC

I get 900+ to the router but lucky to get 400 to the pc.  I spoke to a chap at EE who said there was a restriction to any one device. I only have 1 PC and am connected via a cat6 cable through a gigabyte card and the chap at EE didnt seem to grasp that if I am paying for a guaranteed 700Mb I should be able to access all of it on my one connected PC. What I cant work out is how to remove that restriction.

I'm sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're having on your PC, despite having a wired connection. I'd strongly recommend reaching back out to our team, and asking them to take another look into this. If you're not happy with the resolution offered then you are able to make a complaint, and escalate this to a team leader, and then to our executive team, and they will work with you to get this resolved.
