My experience so far with EE has been awful, I switched from my old provider because they put their prices up and EE quote me a cheaper price (which lasted three months). Ever since then I had no end of trouble the internet works on week then stops the signal is always poor, contact them doesn't do much they say there are sending out a engineer what you never see but sometimes it works for a week or two then you have to go through the whole tedious process again.

Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have (read its label or post a pix)?
