Sice being with EE no calls have been received to my landline .  I realise now that my number has not been transferred.  As I am uinder the hospital for more than one thing, it is of the utmost urgency that it is transferred from BT.  THe present number.  When transferring to EE I was able to speak to somebody and now it seems there is no way of actualy taking to a person.

[mod edit: please do not post personal information such as phone numbers on the public board. Thanks!]
