Did you mean:

Since BT dumped us on EE the service is dire.

We live in a stone walled cottage. I was with BT for many years and have not had a problem with our landline despite using wireless handsets and mobiles. Since the landline became digital and we’ve been dumped on to the EE network we have to hunt the signal on our mobiles and the ‘landline’ handsets connect a call but we can’t hear the person on the other end. I have to resort to going outside more often than not.
The hub and boosters don’t pair with each other properly and the hub ignores the Sky hub (put in by Sky engineer for SkyQ 2 yrs ago and used to work well with the BT hub) altogether. Can I call out an EE engineer to sort it out?

@Kimhaz How long ago did you do the BT to EE move, if you still have all the BT Router/Extenders then you can put those back on the Broadband service they will work fine for both your services and this is if you have the BT Smarthub2 router that supports you new landline DV service. If you do not have that specific router then you may have to make some adjustments to the EE Router, and position of those EE Extenders, you will need to post what you have as you do not mention what. Links below shows the current.

@Kimhaz The EE Smarthub+ is getting new FW update, this may and is reporting to sort out your DV Landline when you hear/not hear situation and stopping having to reset your router to temp fix that condition.

The Router and Smart wireless extenders EE may be able to sort out for you, it's not really there issue that the internal layout etc is making difficult for getting the signal about.

The SKY Q is nothing to do with them, there is a posting and will try to find link it for you, but will need the latest FW applied.

If you are trying to use Wi-Fi calling feature on the mobile then check if it is good near the router first, i had to make some adjustment's on the Samsung to help but it is not the best or rock steady service but does work once you find out where.
