Serial number of smart hub

Hi

new to EE broadband, and trying to do a speed test. First thing the app asks for is the serial number of the smart hub. I can’t see one?!?! Help!! Thanks

You'll find its Serial No. on the Home > Status page but why on earth a speed test needs a Serial No. is beyond me.

I've never heard of any speed test requiring a hub serial number before either. I wonder which one the OP is trying to use?

Although the EE Home app tells where to find the Serial number on back of router and asks you to point camera at bar or QR code there.

So I dunno why OP is asking.
